MONEY BACK SATISFACTION GUARANTEE FOR SOFTWARE PRODUCTS:
We offer money back within 30 days after the purchase. Money back is unconditional. No money back is available after 30 days. Each client has the right to one money back claim. No repeated money backs are available. No money back for related offers: additional licenses, multi-license packages etc.
MONEY BACK FOR SPECIAL OFFERS:
Special offers that we make available from time to time if consist of several items can be refunded only in whole. Partial refunds for special offers are not available.
MONEY BACK FOR INSTALLATION SERVICES:
A request for money back of "Installation service" should be submitted before our specialists begin the installation procedure on your server. Money back is not available if our specialist has already started the installation procedure. However money back is available if our expertise determines that it is impossible to setup the software in your server environment. Your satisfaction is paramount.
MONEY BACK FOR CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT:
We offer only partial money backs for custom development services. If money back is requested before our developer has started working on the project then the full amount will be returned. However, in the event money back is requested after our developer has started to work on the project, the amount to be returned is determined by our project manager depending on the progress of the project and the actual amount of work deployed.
MONEYBACK FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
Money back for paid technical support services is possible only if none of technical support points allotted from the purchase of the respective product were expended for the provision of support services. Partial refunds for technical support services are not possible.
PROCEDURE:
A request for money back should be posted to the message board in the members` area. Requests directed to other contact addresses or phone calls will not be considered as valid refund requests.
